(“we”, “us”, “our”, “BusinessEzee”, “Company”) are the owners of the website www.businessezee.com and www.businessezee.in (referred to as the “Website/s”) and BusinessEzee (the “Application”). The Website showcases the services provided by the Company which include customer software development, web development, product development, enterprise solutions (the “Services”). The Application is an all-in-one Business Management Software developed by the Company to facilitate smooth functioning of businesses. For ease of reference, the Website and Application are collectively called the “Platform”.


We respect data privacy rights and are committed to protecting personal information collected on this Platform. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) sets forth how we collect, use and protect the personal information collected on this Platform.

You may also provide customer information on the Application, which may also include non-personal information about the customer’s daily operations.

iii. Recruitment purposes

You may provide us with your Personal Information when you seek opportunities at our Company. Such Personal Information may include your name, email address, contact information, information in your Resume/CVs, employment history, educational information, previous salary information and any other information provided by you.

iv. Social media pages

We may collect your Personal Information as a part of our social media campaigns on social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Twitter/X which may include your name, email address, company name and contact number.

User undertakes that he shall be solely responsible for the accuracy, correctness, or truthfulness of the Personal Information shared with us whether of its own or any third party. This feature serves a dual purpose, providing improved user engagement and enabling effective employee tracking during working hours.

The implemented system captures and updates the whereabouts of staff members throughout the workday. This functionality aids in ensuring attendance and time compliance while offering valuable insights into the efficiency and movement patterns of employees during their working hours. It can be particularly beneficial for optimizing workflows, enhancing productivity, and improving overall operational efficiency.

Users are encouraged to review and understand this additional feature within the application. By continuing to use the app, users implicitly consent to the utilization of the background location tracking system.


7. Disclosures

We do not sell, rent, share, distribute, lease or otherwise provide your Personal Information to third parties, without your prior consent. Keeping this in mind, we may disclose your Personal Information in the following cases:

Affiliates: We may provide your Personal Information to our affiliates to enable them to im-prove the Services, provide feedback and respond to their queries.

Your Personal Information is stored on public cloud infrastructure. Our cloud service providers implement industry standard security measures to protect Personal Information. Although they provide appropriate firewalls and protections, we cannot warrant the security of Personal Information transmitted as these systems are not hack proof. Data pilferage due to unauthorized

hacking, virus attacks, technical issues is possible, and we will take necessary measures to mitigate such events.

You have the right to access Personal Information in our possession, right to have us rectify or modify any such Personal Information, right to have us erase/delete your Personal Information, right to restrict us from processing such Personal Information, right to object to our use of Personal Information, withdraw consent at any time where we are relying on consent to process Personal Information. This Platform is not meant for children or persons under the age of 18 years of age.
